Here’s a photo of Taylor Swift happily (?) posing with Teresa Giudice at Coachella over the weekend. Teresa posted it on her IG! Taylor went to Coachella with Travis Kelce, and there’s a wealth of TNT photos and videos from the music festival. All of the paparazzi photos are pretty exclusive, but I’m including some stuff below.
They saw Bleachers perform, because Taylor supports Jack Antonoff. They saw Ice Spice. They saw DJ Dom Dolla’s set. Travis lifted her in the air like she weighs nothing – even more evidence that we need to date buff guys who can carry us and lift us in every way. Taylor also wore a New Heights baseball cap – that’s the name of the Kelce Bros’ podcast. They also went to Neon Carnival, “the invite-only Coachella after-party.” I have to say, judging solely from the Coachella pics I’ve seen, the vibe at the festival has gotten more and more “rich person cosplaying a hippie” with each passing year. Maybe Coachella was always that way, but the whole thing just looks like they dropped an exclusive members-only club in the middle of the Coachella valley.

She probably didn’t know who she is! Says I, who doesn’t have a CLUE who that person is!
I don’t watch the Real Houseflies but if Taylor said no to to Teresa it would’ve turned into a “who does she think she is” mess. A story like that would have legs, especially over at the Bravo Clubhouse.

I went to a few festivals when I was young, and now that I’m old, all I can say is never again😂. They look cute though.

Yeah, I was over on Reddit and someone was saying that Coachella used to be fun and aspirational, but with cost of living spiraling, you can really pretend you could go next year and that sucks the fun out of it.
My other take is that the livestream kinda proves that you don’t go to a festival for the music. Festivals are for the very young and they can’t afford it unless they got some sort of head start in life.
I’m old enough to remember when Coachella was one weekend and you could pay for just one day to attend.
Seeing the news that Blur was basically ignored while performing breaks my heart. They were one of the few in the lineup that I actually recognized!
Yeah I was flabberghasted at the Blur story!! How you gonna have BLUR there and not pay attention or make any noise?!

Re Travis picking up Taylor likes she weighs nothing – you know after he called her out on his podcast, she saw that NFL Gives Back SNL skit and was like, Yes, please!!
😂. When they started dating a comedian did a bit about how she’s been dating wispy British guys and this is the time she’s dating a man 😂. It is that skit almost exactly 😂
Taylor may have watched that SNL episode when it aired because it was her friend Kelsea Ballerini’s first time as the musical guest.
It is funny how people pop culture history fades from people’s consciousness because Taylor’s second longest relationship and her most public relationship prior to this was with another giant in Calvin Harris. One of the first photos she posted of them that broke the Internet at the time was her rising piggyback at her pool. What she has done with Travis is very similar to what she did with Calvin, rather than something new. Instead of football games she used to go to DJ sets.
When I lived in SoCal in the late-00s I looked forward to Coachella because the city emptied out and everything was so chill for two consecutive weekends. I avoid music festivals like they’re music festivals or something. But as with most things, now that Coachella is the place to be seen, it’s not for us mere pleebs.

Good lord that’s antiquated. I dated those guys most of my life and it was a disaster. When I finally let go of these old school gender norms I finally met the love of my life! He’s same height as me, same weight, but hot AF and more importantly treats me right.
Maybe we should focus on the last part of your sentence and get rid of the first part.

My hubby and I go to Coachella a lot. It is cosplay on Weekend 1, but Weekend 2 is where the non-celebrities go to celebrate the artists and their music.
